Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alphaCEO(the "Service"), provided by alphaCEO ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

alphaCEO is an AI-powered platform that helps you start or run a business across departments (marketing, sales, support, finance, operations, and more). The AI plans and produces work on your behalf; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights (including IP and privacy);
• generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate any platform's policies you connect (e.g. Meta, Google, WhatsApp);
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide ("Your Content") and of the deliverables the Service produces for you, subject to third-party model and platform terms. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to Your Content and for how you use the outputs.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and similar outputs may be generated for others. Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You must review outputs before use and are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.

6. Third-party integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, PayPal, etc.), your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we act only within the permissions you grant.

7. Payments & credits

Paid plans, credits, and usage-based charges are billed through PayPal. Fees are stated at purchase; AI usage may consume credits as described in-app. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by alphaCEO and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alphaCEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold alphaCEO harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
