3. Cancellations & refunds

Contact us within 14 days of a purchase for refund requests. Where a service has already been delivered or a booking attended, refunds are at our reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
