Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how alphaCEO("alphaCEO", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the alphaCEO website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account data — email address, name, and password (stored hashed) when you register or sign in, including via Google Sign-In.

Company & content data — the businesses you create and the content you generate or upload (chat messages to your AI CEO, documents, images, audio, deliverables, team invitations), processed to operate the Service on your behalf.

Connected accounts — when you connect an integration (Google/Gmail, Facebook/Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp), we store the access tokens needed to act on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any time in Settings → Connectors.

Usage & device data — app interactions, feature and AI usage/cost metering, crash and diagnostic logs, and a push-notification token (if you enable notifications).

Payment data — payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers; we retain transaction identifiers and status for billing and reconciliation.

We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the Service; to run AI models on your behalf (text, image, audio, video) and meter and attribute usage and cost; to send transactional messages (invites, security, billing); to send optional notifications you opt into; and to secure the Service and comply with law.

3. AI processing & subprocessors

To deliver AI features, your prompts and related content are sent to our model gateway and providers strictly to generate the output you request. Key subprocessors: OpenRouter (AI model gateway), PayPal (payments), Google (Sign-In and, if connected, Gmail/Calendar), and — only if you connect them — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram, and WhatsApp, plus cloud hosting/storage providers. We do not use your private business content to train third-party foundation models beyond fulfilling your request.

4. Data sharing

We share information only: (a) with the subprocessors above to operate the Service; (b) when you direct us to (e.g. publishing a post, sending an email); (c) to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and (d) in a business transfer, with notice.

5. Data retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing) or for legitimate security/fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact alphaceo.ai@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You can also delete your account in-app, which initiates deletion of your data. 7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and encrypt sensitive secrets (OAuth tokens) at rest. Session tokens are stored in the device secure keystore (Keychain/Keystore). No method is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard measures to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
