Data Deletion Instructions

You can have all personal data that alphaCEO holds about you deleted at any time. This page explains every way to do it, including for data received through Facebook / Meta.

1. Delete your account in-app (fastest)

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This initiates deletion of your account, companies, content, and connected-integration tokens. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. billing) as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Request deletion by email

Email alphaceo.ai@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify the request, delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when done.

3. Data received from Facebook / Meta

If you signed in with Facebook or connected a Facebook / Instagram account, you can remove alphaCEO's access from inside Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find alphaCEO, and remove it. Then use option 1 or 2 above to have the data we already received deleted. Disconnecting the integration in Settings → Connectors deletes the stored access tokens immediately.

4. What gets deleted

Account details (name, email), your companies and generated content, chat history with your AI CEO, uploaded media, and all stored integration tokens. Transaction records required for accounting, and data needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance, are retained only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
